Delivery and Returns Information
Production Time
All items in this store are made to order to ensure the highest quality of print, and manufacturing quality. Due to this, I setup long lead times to ensure the absolute best for each client. Below is a detailed list of average lead times per order.
Standard Prints Production Days is up to 6-8 Working Days from the date of the order.
Matted Prints Production Days is up to 10 – 12 Working Days from the date of the order.
Framed Prints Production Time is up to 14-16 Working Days from the date of the order.
Inspection Time
All items are inspected before there shipped, this is to ensure your item is perfect for you display
Inspection Time is up to 2-3 working days from the date of the order being finished prior to shipping.
Free Delivery Till June 1st 2023 On All Items
To commemorate the opening of Smile With Nate, there is free delivery on all items until the 1st of June. So order your prints today
Delivery Cost
Items once they have been inspected will be securely packaged and shiped by either Royal Mail or Courier.
1st Class post Prints up to 12″x8″/A4 – £5.95
1st Class post Prints over 12″x8″/A4 up to 36″x24″ £6.95
Framed Wall Art – £12.95
If your order contains one big and one smaller item, the cart will automatically charge the shipping based on the size of the order. Any shopping cards with framed wall art will automatically qualify for courier shipping.
Packaging
All items will be securely packaged in strong cardboard, or specialist framing packaging material including bubble wrap or paper shavings. My goal is to be as environmentally friendly with my shipping so I may reuse some shipping or recycle some boxes to reduce my impact on the environment.
Returns and Refunds
As prints are made to order, I can only offer a exchange or refund for items damaged during delivery. Proof of damage must be obtained. All items will be insured via the selected shipping partners.
